The 6440 Haiti Earthquake Relief Fund

Rotary clubs and districts worldwide are mobilizing resources to provide relief to the millions affected by Haiti’s devastating earthquake. As our district did during the Katrina disaster a few years ago, we are organizing a similar facility for Haiti Relief, collecting cash contributions, so that clubs can participate in helping these desperate people.

There are 17 Rotary clubs in Haiti, District 7020, and we are in contact with the clubs and district Rotarians to determine their greatest needs to assist them, to the extent of our funds, over both the short- and long-term. It has been our experience that networking through Rotary, we are assured that the funds provided are used for top priority projects and through dependable sources.
